When you are renting with us, we take care of you and treat you as a valued client. We are here to help you. Maintenance:
There are times when things just have wear and tear, or break. Please let us know when you notice something or something happens so we can add it to the list on our report. If your property needs attention, fill in the Maintenance Request below and we’ll organise repairs. Of course if it’s urgent, or is causing damage, contact us right away – we have the same after-hours service for emergencies 24/7.

Please do not arrange your own maintenance without our authorisation as we can’t guarantee you will be refunded for the expense – we appreciate you contacting us in the first instance.
